[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cybersecurity assessment services is to identify and validate weaknesses in the university’s information security architecture and posture from both an internal and external vantage point to the government authority located in Mississippi State, MS.
- Advanced Penetration Test: Perform penetration testing involving the emulation of advanced persistent threat groups, including tools, tactics, and procedures. An emphasis should be placed on human-driven testing, with a team-based approach, not reliant on automated vulnerability assessment tools.
- Testing should determine the impact of vulnerabilities identified through the exploitation of vulnerable systems, leveraging those systems to gain control of other systems on the network, and testing for the ability to exfiltrate sensitive data.
- Wireless Scanning: Identify rogue wireless devices and additional security architecture weaknesses related to the wireless networks.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 3, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
