[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide shredding service to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.
- Provide bi-weekly on-site shredding of paper, photographs, fax, eFax, microfilm, microfiche, video, film, cassette tapes, and cd/DVD s at time of service
- Provide up to four 96-gallon capacity rolling bins with locking capability which the VARO will supply the locks.
(2) This bid is set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 29, 2019.
(4) The term of the contract will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
