[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide grant management software
- Application will be hosted,
- Windows Server 2008, IIS7,
- SQL Server 2005,
- SMTP server for messaging,
- Web-based access compliant with accessibility guidelines,
- Microsoft’s LINQ or similar software for data access,
- End User application capability to be installed and operated on mobile, PC’s, and Mac Devices,
- Provide for single-sign-on.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 13, 2019.
(3) A contract term will be for four years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
