[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide meteorological, oceanographic, and data acquisition system refresh- coastal marine automated network (c-man) stations. The C-MAN measure and transmit meteorological and oceanographic data from coastal marine areas to shore side processing centers. The data are then made available to the public for use in marine and aviation applications.
(2) This bid set aside total small business.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
