[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide investigation and grievance management solution a software or web-based solution to manage its internal employment investigations and labor union grievances,
- Includes, without limitation, full implementation of the solution in cooperation with County IT and other staff, initial and ongoing training to key staff on use and maintenance of the solution, and external support of the solution during the contract term (including, without limitation, troubleshooting, routine maintenance, required updates and upgrades, and associated training and support).
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 10, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
