[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide advertising agency services for implementation of a social marketing campaign,
- HappyHealthy is a social marketing campaign to help live a happier, healthier life. HappyHealthy is designed to promote the following: fruit and vegetable consumption, healthier eating on limited budget, food preparation skills, physical activity and family meals, the target audience is SNAP-eligible parents and caregivers of children 0 to 13 years old and those children,
- Concepts of the nutrition and physical activity messages address influences of behaviours and apply to the constructs in theories used to explain dietary and physically active behaviour such as self-efficacy, observational learning, social influences/support, and skill building to influence the likelihood that children and adults will eat healthy and be physically active,
- Application will be hosted on servers,
- Windows Server 2008,
- IIS7,
- SQL Server 2005 (with SQL Server Management Studio),
- ASP.NET 2.0 Framework,
- SMTP server for messaging,
- Web-based access compliant with Section 508 accessibility guidelines,
- Microsoft’s LINQ or similar software for data access,
- End User application capability to be installed and operated on mobile, PC’s, and Mac devices,
- Provide for single-sign-on,
- User permissions and accesses to various system functions should be role based with users allowed in multiple roles, Role-based permissions govern each user’s rights to add, edit, and view information within the system.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 6, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
