[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide game day concession services to the government authority located in Mississippi.
o Provide a high-level recommendation of a point-of-sale system(s) that is compliant. Anticipated project costs associated with this plan would be appreciated.
o Provide detailed information of any new or creative product offerings, equipment upgrades, facility upgrades, or service plans that are being proposed to enhance customer experiences of concessions.
o Describe your proposed commitment to your relationship with the Athletics Department, including but not limited to presence at all athletic events, quality of food and beverage offerings, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
o Describe key performance indicators (KPI) that will be utilized to monitor customer satisfaction and other priority areas.
o Describe the facilities, technical experience, organization, and support staff that will be assigned to provide the products and services outlined within the specifications.
o Describe the size and capability of the Respondent’s game day support staff that will be dedicated to compliance with the Agreement.
o Give a clear description of the sanitation and maintenance programs that will be followed.
o Give a clear description of the employee training programs that will be followed. Please also provide broad overview of recruiting game day staff.
o Give examples of successful experiences with the specified activities for athletic venues of similar size and scope.

(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on January 22, 2020.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than January 27, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
