Government Authority located in Mississippi; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for web-based construction project management software solution.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide a SaaS based web-based construction project management system and associated deliverables as described in this agreement.
- Tracking date sensitive items to ensure timely updates;
- Acknowledging that the Content is and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of OSARC
- Working with OSARC to achieve access rates that meet OSARC’s needs.
- Providing security for the site that is agreeable to OSARC with Licensor responsible for all necessary equipment and software related to security;
- Maintaining the accessibility of the site twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week at an uptime rate of 99% or greater, subject to the limitations set forth in this agreement.
- Completing daily backups of the site;
- Maintaining the confidentiality of the information entered;
- Providing OSARC access to all of the technical information concerning operation of the web-based construction project management system, including but not limited to, server specifications, Internet connection information, personnel requirements and software implementations;
- Maintaining the host site, with the cost for such support, maintenance, and hosting for years following the initial five-year period.
- Providing 24x7x365 support of the site;
- Providing redundant internet connections;
- Providing transport layer security secure server support;
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 11, 2020.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
